I'm a curious learner, passionate teacher, children's book writer, goal setter, coffee drinker, dog wrangler, creative sort, and an expert mess maker. I started this podcast so that I had a reason call up other makers and be nosey about the stuff they're working on.
SEASON ONE: In the first season of the show, I was a woman on a mission to talk to 100 creative people in 100 days about their work. From the get go, I strongly suspected that it may be somewhat overambitious to set out with the goal to produce, market and launch a brand new podcast in 100 days, but I gave it a red hot go.
SEASON TWO: The current working title is - "I've made stuff. Now what?" In this upcoming season of the show, I'm continuing my attempt to make it all the way through to chatting to 100 creative folks. This time, however, I'm going to be chatting with creatives that make some form of income doing what they love. About THE SHOW
Launched as part of #the100dayproject on 4 April 2017, 100 Creatives began as a podcast where I attempted to chat with 100 creative folks about what makes them tick over the course of 100 days. Significant amounts of coffee were consumed, I published a show every weekday during that time, and I managed to chat to 50 amazing guests during those early days (and even that was full on, flat out busy!)
Now I'm continuing my quest to reach the magic 100 with a weekly show where I'm chatting with even more seriously cool creatives.
This show is for those who are obsessed with handmade and homemade, creative entrepreneurs, savvy side hustlers, weekend warriors and those who just enjoy a good crafternoon.
Hosted by Sally Harris. Fueled by caffeine.
