This Privacy Policy describes how 2587689 Alberta LTD., operating as 100 Creatives ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit 100creatives.com (the "Site"), book a strategy call, or become a client. We operate out of Alberta, Canada and primarily serve clients in the United States and Canada.
By using the Site or our services, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Strategy call bookings (via TidyCal): name, email, phone number (if provided), company name, and any details you share in the booking form.
- Communications: emails, messages, and any content you send us directly.
- Client engagement information: brand assets, product details, creative briefs, and any material you provide for creative production.
- Payment information: processed by our payment provider (Stripe or similar). We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Information collected automatically
- Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time on page, and clicks.
- Cookies and similar technologies: used for analytics, advertising, and session management (see Section 4).
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to booking requests and deliver the services you request (including the free 10-creatives offer and paid engagements).
- Communicate with you about your account, projects, and offers.
- Send marketing emails (you can opt out at any time — see Section 7).
- Measure and improve Site performance, understand traffic sources, and optimize our advertising.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
3. Advertising & analytics (Meta Pixel, Google, others)
We use third-party tracking technologies to measure ad performance, retarget visitors, and optimize our campaigns. These include:

- Other pixels & tags we may enable from time to time (e.g., TikTok, LinkedIn) for advertising measurement.
You can limit ad tracking by adjusting your browser and device settings, opting out via the NAI opt-out tool or Digital Advertising Alliance, or by using browser-level Do Not Track / privacy features.
4. Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use them to operate the Site, remember preferences, measure performance, and run advertising. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, but some Site features may not work as intended.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who operate parts of our business on our behalf: TidyCal (booking), Stripe (payments), email and CRM platforms, cloud hosting (Vercel), and analytics providers. These parties are bound to use information only for the purpose we engage them for.
- Advertising partners (Meta, Google, etc.) via pixels and tags as described above.
- Legal authorities if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfers in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Inactive leads are typically purged within 24 months of last engagement.

All users
You can email us at any time to request:
- A copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction of inaccurate information.
- Deletion of your information (subject to legal retention obligations).
- Opt-out of marketing emails (also by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email).
Canadian residents (PIPEDA)
Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, you have the right to access, correct, and challenge the accuracy of personal information we hold. You can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Although we do not sell information for money, the use of advertising pixels may qualify as "sharing" under California law. 8. Children
The Site and our services are not directed at individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No system is 100% secure, but we work with reputable providers (TidyCal, Stripe, Vercel, Google Workspace) that maintain industry-standard controls.
10. International transfers
We are based in Canada and use service providers in the United States and elsewhere. By using the Site, you consent to the transfer of your information to these jurisdictions, which may have data protection laws different from your own.
